Last year I said "I will get into Korean boyband fandom one day, I swear. :P" and never finished those pictures for that meme ~_~

And, well, apparently that time is now. My sister somehow got me into Big Bang. The music's not even my style, but somehow it's really catchy. <.< The dancing's also pretty cool (esp. the one that Seungri choreographed in the Documentaries). *_* And I was surprised to see that the youngest is only a year older than me (I tend to like groups that are closer to my age).

I still prefer jpop, but I definitely like the Korean boyband style more than JE. At least, certain things feel a bit more...professional? Then again, the only Korean boyband I really looked into is Big Bang, who actually had special training beforehand. <.< I listened to a bit of other ones, like DBSK and SHINee, but was too lazy to look into them more. XD;; I have a soft spot for Big Bang because they're the first one I listened to~

Anyway, people of my flist who like kpop (I know marzazar was the first one to mention it to me), any recs? Favorite bands, songs, funny TV shows? I'm really curious now~ X3

Edit: It's done with. I'm now through with high school! ^o^ Graduation went well, even if it was inside because of the thunderstorms. I was late lol, so we were slightly delayed, since I had to lead the other students. My speech went better than I thought it would, though my legs were definitely shaking behind the podium. <.<;; I was worrying all week about it, but a lot of people told me it was really good, so I'm happy. ^^

Ah~ I'm gonna start feeling nostalgic soon, I'm sure of it. But, for now, sleeeep ~_~ and then tomorrow, Transformers! *_*

I'm in an X mood, because I read all of what's out of the manga on Friday and yesterday. I had always wanted to read it, since I watched the anime and read bits and pieces of it before. And, well, I've always loved CLAMP's art and this story is especially interesting. I'd been looking for it since middle school, so I was really happy to find that it was online (online for a year at least, apparently *feels like an idiot for not realizing where to find it earlier*). SO yeah, made Kamui layout because Kamui is love. ♥ Also *points to icon* tried out manga coloring because the last chapter in vol. 17 was adorable. *__*

I have some more thoughts about X and CLAMP that I wanna post about, but I'm too sleepy now. X_x Trying to get back into making graphics is tiring. ~_~ Also have to make a new profile layout later...I think I'll end up keeping my moodtheme too...anyway gonna go to sleep now. G'nite. :)

holy sh-HYDE'S GONNA BE IN NEW YORK!??

I mean I'm not really much of a Hyde fan. Hell, I didn't even know about VAMPS before today, and I only found out because of a Kanata interview about them because we all know how much Kanata loves Hyde and L'arc lol. But it's Hyde. And I totally missed out on L'arc coming to Anime Expo three years ago!

My sis can't go to the NY one though...I wonder if my brother likes Hyde?

Oh yeah. So I'm finally done with APs so I'll probably be on LJ more now (for real) if I'm not feeling lazy. :D And I need a new layout...I'm thinking Kanata again but we'll see. :P Maybe I'll make a Kanata moodtheme too?

Otherwise it's been rather uneventful~ my life for the past two weeks was sleep, study, take exam, study, repeat. X_x I rewatched some of Geass with my lil brothers over the weekend though, so I've been in Geass mode *_* Especially since this season's anime aren't that great or exciting...I like 07ghost and Pandora Hearts manga so I've been watching their anime adaptions, but anime adaptions usually aren't as good as the manga. I do love Mitsuki Saiga and Junko Minagawa though. ♥ Plus, FukuJun (fav seiyuu) will be Hakuren in 07ghost! I've also been watching Eden of the East--definitely the most interesting (and probably best) show of this season. But still, not a Geass (the kind where I cannot wait for the next episode). The new FMA is kinda limited in that aspect too, since I generally prefer the first one (then again, they haven't gone on to the new stuff yet).

Also rewatched parts of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children the other day~ Tetsuya Nomura is my idol, srsly. *____* The details are freaking amazing in that movie. Makes me wanna try realistic style again, even if it was quite painful last time. Ahh~ I wish they'd do a remake of the FFVII game ;o; I haven't played it, but I definitely would if they did (well, I kinda want to even if they didn't).

Anyway...doesn't seem like there's anything else to say (and I'm kinda distracted by pretty doujinshi right now)..so see ya! 8D

Brief post for the short periods in which I actually have Internet connection here (currently in NJ), but:

THEY SANG HIMAWARI NO MELODY askfjsjfdasj!! ARGH I missed this song, but god dammit I want their old 4 person performance. ;_____; The Ya3 colors in the perf did make me very happy though.

Anyway it's my turn in my brothers' and my rotation in replaying KH2 why no Japanese audio option dammit ;____;. Will be back some other time to reply to comments & stuff!

Yes, sorry again--I know you guys are probably sick of hearing that by now. XD;; But I hope you have all been well and healthy! It's been kinda hectic for me, but hey, I got into college! And now that I know I have somewhere to go and its 4th quarter, I think all that work will start to subside now. ^^ Well, except for AP studying/actually taking the APs, but after that week I'll be mostly free! :D

So what's new? HSJ still around? =_= Actually, I'm kinda losing interest in JE now =/ The music's not good, and none of the groups are interesting to me anymore...*might have to go watch old Ya3 episodes over spring break* Instead I've been watching anime whenever I get random periods of free time over the weekend:

So. I'm sorry for the delay, but I think I'll be a little more free now? Finally? God, after break I had a ton of work for all my classes to do--ESPECIALLY ART. I thought I was going to collapse last week from the amount of paintings I had to do. =_= Plus all that crap I had write for AP Psych. Bah. Anyway, midterms are almost over and it'll be a new quarter. Besides my schoolwork (including APs in May) I think all I'll have to worry about are college interviews and putting together a portfolio. I plan to do a couple new CGs for the latter, but considering my slow pace I don't know how that'll go. <.< I started something today, which I intended to be practice, but now I'm thinking about making it bigger:
