*sigh* just three more days and I'll be done. My last final is next Wednesday though, so I have a few days in between that one and my second to last one.

So I'll probably make layouts this weekend. I've been wanting to make a new one for yabu_daily if the mod accepts it, and the JJE and Kisumai communities have desperately been needing a new layout for a while now. (_ _;; This has been on my mind for a while now, though it was only today that I saw this post as people on my flist had linked to the community. I hadn't really expected to find #13, and even though these secret things are generally not interesting to me, I do find it a little disheartening seeing the layout and the community called "fug." (._.) Well, I knew the layout needed to be changed because I don't like it much either (um, I wouldn't call others' graphics "fug" though..), and it will be eventually.

Meh. I feel like crap. My throat's been hurting since Sunday and I've had a number of headaches in between. And it's been raining and storming in random spurts here too; it's really dreary and ugly.

Just finished watching Hairspray! The movie I mean, and it was actually pretty good. I was expecting worse because my brother didn't like it, but it turns out he was just being stupid because he thought the main character was annoying. :P He's only seen the musical though.

I was going to post this yesterday, but our power went out before I could. Actually, I was wondering if I should post it, as it was mostly me ranting because I wanted to, but it took time to write so I might as well:

There are probably a bazillion things going through my mind right now. I think it's because of the heat; it's quite hot here, and I hate the heat (I prefer the cold). It might also have to do with the fact that a tornado watch was issued for this region, and that's never happened before. Or the fact that I have to go to an award ceremony in a few hours.

But the biggest thing on my mind right now is Ya-Ya-yah. Yeah, I know, it's done, it's over, move on, blah blah. Screw it, I feel like ranting. It's been building up for a while because of all the stress I've had from studying and needing to do well on the SATs. And now the finals are coming up. JE only pisses me off even more.

( real music just ain't happening here )

P.S. Summary 2008 pisses me off. A Lot.

I'm generally in a better mood at the moment, but I'm still really tired. Right now, I just want to finish this school year up and get through my senior year after summer vacation.

I need some more Yamabu love, dammit.

I should be able to look at my flist and reply to comments on the weekend. French project to do now.

We had a power outage a few days ago, and our Internet had stopped working since then. =_= But my brother fixed it so it's ok now! :DD

Meh, I was going to work on layouts I need to do but I hadn't saved the pictures I was going to use on my computer, so I was mostly unproductive, other than doing schoolwork/studying for my SATIIs. Though I did color in an old picture I drew for CG practice:



*FAIL* >.<;; I was playing around with a smudgey style, but I don't know if I like it that much. D: I was lazy with the background again too. And Hikaru's hair. XP Guh. So many mistakes. *stabs*

Anyways. I probably won't be on this week that much either, because the SATs are on Saturday. X___X Bleh. I hate studying. :( Which I need to get to now. *sigh* *kicks books*

I learned this song a while ago, but I only just got time to actually make it sound a little better with staccatos, fermatas, etc. (I tend to learn a song by going through the notes first, and then adding those things after). Of course I can't play like Joe Hisaishi can. :P *practices more* (btw, if anyone wants the sheet music let me know~)

Um, I'll try to reply to the older comments from the past few weeks that I've been gone tomorrow or so. Sorry for the delay. m(_ _)m I've pretty much just been lazing around all week (I really meant it when I said I was going to go be unproductive) only to remember I have a lab due tomorrow as well as a book to be read. X_x I may spend the Friday drawing though--I've been having artistic urges throughout the week due to the long time spent not drawing/playing piano. <.<;; I might work on my mood theme and profile as well, now that I've finally moved all the Ya3 pics on my old comp to my external hard drive. :D
